You will hear us talk a lot about "Initiatives." Simply put, an Initiative is a project or task aimed at completing a wireless telecom carrier's need to upgrade or add new equipment to existing structures. Sometimes it involves building entirely new structures like towers or monopoles. Each Initiative has a clear objective and involves a team communicating via Microsoft Planner tasks in Teams to make it happen. As you navigate through our pages, you'll learn about the different types of Initiatives and their unique processes.

A wireless telecom carrier, another term you’ll encounter, refers to the cell phone companies that own and operate cell towers. Our work supports the backbone of modern communication.
